Research coaching follow-up
We use this information to evaluate fit, recommend a coaching path, respond by email, and keep an internal record of inquiry status.
Infrastructure providers
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and form security, Supabase for lead storage, and Resend for email notification delivery.
Operational records
Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for follow-up, service planning, and basic business records. You can request deletion by emailing privacy@zhiknow.wavetao.top or replying to any follow-up email. Deletion requests are reviewed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Academic materials
Do not submit sensitive unpublished data unless it is needed for scoping.
Use summaries, links, or redacted descriptions when possible. The diagnostic form is for fit assessment, not for transferring confidential datasets or private institutional material.

- Private keys, passwords, or credentials.
- Unredacted personal data.
